New residents may pick up keys at Casa Blanca between 12pm and 2pm. Keys will not be signed out any earlier than 12pm. Rent payment is due at time of key pick-up, we will not sign out keys without payment. After 2pm, keys may be picked up at the Old University Place leasing office, located at 2379 University Ave, Madison.

We do not provide carts or furniture dollies
