Rent payment is due at time of key pick-up, we will not sign out keys without payment. After 2pm, keys may be picked up at the Old University Place leasing office, located at 2379 University Ave, Madison.

All Casa Blanca residents who have not renewed their lease must be moved out of their apartment, and turn in keys no later than 12pm on August 19! There will be a tent outside the main entrance where you can return your keys to office staff
